Clarity Hour

A structured 60-minute session to untangle a difficult decision.

Not therapy. Not coaching. Just calm, focused clarity for one concrete decision.

What you’ll leave with

  • A clear picture of the real conflict
  • Your personal decision criteria
  • A few realistic options
  • A concrete next step for the next 24–72 hours

When this helps

Bring one specific decision you can’t seem to move forward on.

  • Career choices, job offers, or “should I leave?”
  • Relationship crossroads or difficult conversations
  • Burnout decisions: boundaries, priorities, rest vs. pushing on
  • Major life transitions (relocation, identity shifts, change of direction)
  • Decision paralysis and chronic overthinking

About the facilitator

Meet Katerina

Clarity Hour is facilitated by Katerina, who offers calm, structured decision conversations for people who feel mentally stuck.

While she holds a diploma in psychological counselling and has a coaching background, the sessions are intentionally non-directive. They avoid advice-giving, goal-setting, or motivational techniques, and focus instead on clarity, reflection, and next steps.

Sessions are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment.

How it works

Simple, structured, and focused on moving you forward.

  1. Short intake (<5 minutes)

Answer a few questions so we can focus quickly and keep the session practical.

  2. Structured session (60 minutes)

We map the decision, surface assumptions, and turn vague tension into explicit trade-offs.

  3. Next step

You leave with a clear, actionable step — not a long to-do list. Optional: a brief written summary.

Pricing

One decision. One hour.

This is not

  • Crisis support
